Machine-readable files are available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and include negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) and Health Savings Account (HSA)  

The Healthcare and Dependent Care FSAs allow employees to use pretax dollars for both qualifying healthcare expenses and qualifying daycare and elder care expenses. The HSA allows employees participating in the HDHP medical plan to use pretax dollars for qualifying healthcare expenses.
