Launched in 2018 by Paris&Co, as part of the Urban Innovation District (QIU) call for projects, Paris2Connect is a fully operational urban infrastructure along a 3.5 kilometers road in the 12th and 13th districts of Paris.

The objective of Paris2Connect is to offer a connected urban infrastructure.
The challenges of the Smart City revolve around the following projects:
- Rationalization and optimization of public space
- Pacification and security of public space
- Contribution to making public space more sober, more sustainable
- Contribution to a more service-oriented public space
