"I joined ATC in May 2012, a month before ATC Uganda started Operations with the acquisition of about 900 MTN Uganda Towers.
I was excited to contribute my skills and experience as a Network Operations Center (NOC) Manager to an organization that I could feel valued my contributions and provided channels for feedback and support.
Working as a team in the Operations department and across the organization, we were able to provide innovative customer solutions to very complex situations and were privileged to be part of a Tower Star Team in 2015. It was an amazing, rewarding and uplifting experience to take part in the event and be recognised internationally by the global leadership team.
In 2016, I was part of the team that worked in Tanzania on an acquisition project, though it was not successful, I greatly benefited from the exposure of working with multicultural teams of vast experience. I am proud of the professional and personal development I have obtained through the training, career growth, and mentorship opportunities available to all staff within ATC. I have worked in various roles in the Operations department, beginning with NOC Manager, Service Delivery Manager then promoted to my current role as Senior Manager, Operations and Maintenance.
One of the main reasons why I have worked for ATC for more than 10 years is the unique culture of inclusiveness, ethics, integrity, and high performance. In ATC, workmates are very much like family. The company’s values and principles are rooted within the leadership, which creates a safe environment that has made the work place more like home."
