Prior to joining us in 2011, Ms. Dowling was a partner and co-chair of the 150-member litigation department at Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge LLP and clerked for the Honorable Fred I. Parker of the United States Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
Sanjay Goel
Executive Vice President and President, Asia-Pacific
Mr. Goel joined us in March 2021. Prior to American Tower, Mr. Goel was with Nokia, where he started in the mobile networks division in 2001.
Ed Knapp
Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer
Prior to joining American Tower in 2017, Mr. Knapp served as Senior Vice President of Engineering at Qualcomm, where he was responsible for their New Jersey Corporate Research Center.
Anthony Noble
Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer
Anthony Noble is our Chief Strategy Officer. Mr. Noble joined American Tower in May 2016 as Vice President and Chief of Staff to our Chairman, President and CEO.
Colleen Richards Powell
Senior Vice President and Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer
Prior to joining American Tower in March 2021, Ms. Powell was with MFS Investment Management as Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer.
Olivier Puech
Executive Vice President and President, Latin America and EMEA
Prior to joining us in 2013, Mr. Puech was with Nokia where he held various leadership roles, including Senior Vice President Americas and Vice President Latin America.
Rod Smith
Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer
Mr. Smith joined us in October 2009, and previously held the roles of Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance and Treasurer and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of American Tower's U.S. Tower Division.
Steven O. Vondran
Executive Vice President and President, U.S. Tower Division
Prior to joining us in 2000, Mr. Vondran worked as an associate at Lewellen & Frazier, LLP and as a telecommunications consultant at Young & Associates, Inc.
