Executive Vice President and President, U.S. Tower Division

Mr. Vondran joined us in 2000 as a member of our Corporate legal team and served in a variety of positions until August 2004 when he was appointed Senior Vice President of our U.S. Leasing Operations.

Nate Brown

Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Property Management

Mr. Brown’s teams aim to maximize shareholder return, by investing in digital real estate in the U.S. and Canada, and explore new partnerships and business models, so the Company can innovate and grow with purpose.

Gigi Bruno

Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Ms. Bruno directs the human resources initiatives for U.S. Tower employees, including compensation planning, talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, leadership, organizational development, and internal communications.

Juan Font

President and CEO, CoreSite; Senior Vice President

Mr. Font is responsible for leading the strategy, innovation, and growth of CoreSite’s native digital supply chain to increase revenue growth and return on invested capital to the American Tower data center portfolio.

Donna Lucente

Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Lucente oversees the entire finance organization, working to secure and enhance the Company’s industry-leading position.

Bud Noel

Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer

Since joining American Tower in 2011, Mr. Noel has fostered a best-in-class approach to the care, leasing, and development of the Company’s U.S. assets and has championed the implementation of enterprise platforms to increase efficiency.

Jake Rasweiler

Senior Vice President, Innovation

Mr. Rasweiler leads the U.S. Tower Innovation team, with ownership for surveying emerging technologies and identifying possible acquisitions and partnerships to create new business opportunities.
