Our team of Site Development Project Managers can handle every step of the process, working with both internal and external resources to manage your projects.
We specialize in constructing new sites in places where collocation is not an option. We’ll take on build projects on behalf of our customers at any stage in the process—from site acquisition to managing and owning a new build in progress. Our teams have years of experience managing large BTS programs for major customers and they understand what it takes to run projects smoothly and deliver on time.
Search Ring Analysis, Zoning & Permitting
Search Ring Analysis: This service includes search ring mapping through our FastTrack tool, completion of SCIP and delivery of all materials to you in your preferred format.
Zoning Services: We understand the zoning challenges that impact wireless deployment. Whether the site requires an administrative review or a public hearing, we’ll serve as the point of contact with state and local jurisdictions—keeping you informed every step of the way.
Permitting Services: We can apply for and receive all building permits, working closely with local jurisdictions to process required paperwork.
Structural Engineering / A&E Design American Tower staffs an in-house structural engineering team to make every collocation a safe and timely installation. Our team of 30 engineers collectively has more than 100 years of tower design and analysis experience and is licensed in all 50 states. You can count on us to evaluate the structural capacity of existing sites in advance of new collocations. We provide Structural (PE) Letters, detailed Structural Analyses, RF Interference Analyses and other engineering services. We also offer third party structural engineering services through our independent, Elkhorn, NE team—Semaan Engineering Solutions (SES). Our proprietary software provides third party customers with password-protected, secure remote access to all of their scanned drawings, structural analyses and project status 24/7.
